Barber was an English jazz musician who scored a UK leading twenty trad jazz strike with "Petite Fleur" in 1959 and served start off the Occupations of many musicians. One of them was banjo player Lonnie Donegan, whose appearances with Barber brought on the skiffle trend in the mid-nineteen fifties together with his very first transatlantic strike,
